Hello, friends!
In the morning I prepared my self and biked to Romito Magra, Ameglia and Montemarcello. I saw some cyclists and cycling cars, local managers, police intervention groups, and several walking people. I came back home seeing old acquaintance, had a shower and had lunch with brother. I prepared material, read some pages of a book, watched videos and went to Quercioli. I had dinner at grandma's home and came back. I ate a bit of fruit before watching a movie and going to bed.

In mattinata mi sono preparato e ho pedalato fino a Romito Magra, Ameglia e Montemarcello. Ho visto alcuni ciclisti e delle ammiraglie, dei manager locali, delle forze dell'ordine, e diverse persone a passeggio. Sono tornato a casa vedendo una vecchia conoscenza, ho fatto una doccia e ho pranzato con il fratello. Ho preparato del materiale, ho letto alcune pagine di un libro, ho guardato dei video e sono andato a Quercioli. Ho cenato a casa si nonna e sono tornato indietro. Ho mangiato un po' di frutta prima di guardare un film e andare a letto.
