Hello Friends!
These are my yesterday daily activities, on July 30, 2024.
In the morning I tasted a Crostata made by grandma's roommate, prepared material and went to the bread shop. I read some pages of a book and had lunch. I watched video and tried to start a bike ride, but I didn't feel so good: the weather was so hot. I returned home and trained my self with some simple exercises, I had a shower and suffered the rest of the day due to the warm. I received a promo package with a new pharmaceutical preparation and had dinner. I went to bed but the roommate came to call me, so I had to bring him in and leave a greeting. Finally, I fell asleep.

Ciao Amici!
Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 30 Luglio 2024.
In mattinata ho assaggiato della Crostata cucinata dalla coinquilina di nonna, ho preparato del materiale e sono andato in panetteria. Ho letto alcune pagine di un libro e ho pranzato. Ho guardato dei video e ho provato a iniziare un giro in bici, ma non mi sentivo troppo bene: il clima era davvero caldo. Sono tornato a casa e mi sono allenato con qualche semplice esercizio, ho fatto una doccia e ho sofferto il resto della giornata a causa del caldo. Ho ricevuto un pacco promozionale con una nuova preparazione farmaceutica e ho cenato. Sono andato a letto ma il coinquilino è venuto a chiamarmi, così ho dovuto portarlo dentro e lasciare un saluto. Infine, mi sono addormentato.
