In the morning I biked in the industrial area, watching an amateur cycling race. I stopped to greet the Captain and other old acquaintances. I continued to La Foce and stopped near a tunnel. I passed between two police officers and returned to Massa, seeing some traffic on the road. I biked to Tecchioni and Battì del Barilo, stopping to fill some little bottles. I came back home, had a shower, and ate Tagliolini with mushrooms. I remained at rest, watched videos and used the vacuum cleaner before dinner. After tasting a Crostata, I went to bed.

In mattinata ho pedalato nella zona industriale, guardando una gara ciclistica amatoriale. Mi sono fermato a salutare il Capitano e alcune vecchie conoscenze. Ho continuato fino a La Foce fermandomi vicino a una galleria. Sono passato tra due agenti di polizia e sono tornato a Massa, vedendo del traffico lungo la strada. Ho pedalato fino a Tecchioni e Battì del Barilo, fermandomi per riempire alcune bottigliette. Sono tornato a casa, ho fatto una doccia e mangiato dei Tagliolini ai funghi. Sono rimasto a riposo, ho guardato dei video e ho usato l'aspirapolvere prima di cena. Dopo aver assaggiato della Crostata, sono andato a letto.
