Hello, friends!
In the morning I went to the bread shop, to the vegetables shop and to the industrial area. I saw a tray full of pastries and went to the supermarket, buying some items. I returned home, read some pages of a book and had lunch. I watched a stage of a cycling tour thanks to television and prepared my self for a quiet bike ride: the warm around us continued. I biked to Turano and Renara, seeing some people along the road, someone with a "Lifeguard"-printed t-shirt. I stopped to fill a few little bottles thanks to a fountain in Gronda. I had a shower at home and had dinner. I met the friend Geck before going to bed.

In mattinata sono andato in panetteria, dall'ortofrutta e nella zona industriale. Ho visto un vassoio di paste e sono andato al supermercato, acquistando degli oggetti. Sono tornato a casa, ho letto alcune pagine di un libro e ho pranzato. Ho guardato una tappa di un giro ciclistico grazie alla tv e mi sono preparato per un giro tranquillo in bici: il caldo intorno a noi perdurava. Ho pedalato fino a Turano e Renara, vedendo delle persone lungo la strada, qualcuno con una maglia dalla stampa "Salvataggio". Mi sono fermato per riempire una manciata di bottigliette grazie a una fontana a Gronda. Ho fatto una doccia a casa e ho cenato. Ho incontrato l'amico Geck prima di andare a letto.
