Hello, friends!
In the morning I biked to Poveromo, seeing some young cyclists in the middle of the road. I continued towards Turano and Massa, seeing several areas closed to car traffic. I passed by San Carlo Terme and Tombara, stopping to fill some little bottles before going to Sant'Eustachio and Montignoso. I watched the passage of a youth cycling race, seeing some cyclists in the middle of the road and other ones stopped at the side. I came back home, had a shower and lunch. I tasted a slice of Crostata and a Coffee. I remained at rest, watched videos, read some pages of a book, used the vacuum cleaner and had dinner. In the end, I went to bed.

In mattinata ho pedalato fino a Poveromo, vedendo dei giovani ciclisti in mezzo alla strada. Ho continuato verso Turano e Massa, vedendo diverse zone chiuse al traffico. Sono passato da San Carlo Terme e Tombara, fermandomi a riempire delle bottigliette prima di andare a Sant'Eustachio e Montignoso. Ho guardato il passaggio di una gara ciclistica giovanile, vedendo alcuni ciclisti in mezzo alla strada e altri fermi sul ciglio. Sono tornato a casa, ho fatto una doccia e ho pranzato. Ho assaggiato una fetta di Crostata e un Caffè. Sono rimasto a riposo, ho guardato dei video, ho letto alcune pagine di un libro, ho usato l'aspirapolvere e ho cenato. Per finire, sono andato a nanna.
