In the morning I prepared my self and biked to Farnocchia, seeing several cyclists along the road, greeting some former teammates and noticing about a local food festival which will end the next week. Unluckily, the flow rate of a local fountain was no longer the same. I continued towards Pomezzana and Stazzema, hearing the bells ringing. I saw a lot of people in Mulina and came back home, following a girl who made me work hard: I "sucked the wheels" for a bit before being alone. I had a shower at home, I had lunch and watched a movie. I went to Quercioli, greeting the uncle, grandma and her roommate. I had dinner, I tasted an ice cream and went to bed.

In mattinata mi sono preparato e ho pedalato fino a Farnocchia, vedendo alcuni ciclisti lungo la strada, salutando alcuni ex compagni di squadra e accorgendomi di una sagra locale che finirà la prossima settimana. Sfortunatamente, la portata di una fontana locale non era più la stessa. Ho continuato verso Pomezzana e Stazzema, sentendo le campane suonare. Ho visto tante persone a Mulina e sono tornato a casa, seguendo una ragazza che mi ha fatto faticare: le ho "succhiato le ruote" per un po' prima di rimanere solo. Ho fatto una doccia a casa, ho pranzato e ho guardato un film. Sono andato a Quercioli, salutando lo zio, nonna, e la sua coinquilina. Ho cenato, ho gustato un gelato, e sono andato a nanna.
