Hello, friends!
In the morning I had breakfast and biked to the bread shop in Romagnano. I passed by grandma, seeing the aunt who kept her company. I biked to Sarzana, Carignano, Canepari and Passo delle Prade. I saw some horses and a few young football player aspirants. I continued to La Vagina, noticing about an already over local festival. I returned home passing by Spolverina, Castelpoggio and Gragnana. During the ride, I saw several cycling lovers and other walking people. I had a shower and lunch, then I remained at rest, watching videos, preparing material and reading some pages of a book. I had dinner at grandma's home and I went to bed after greeting her and mom.

In mattinata ho fatto colazione e sono andato in panetteria a Romagnano. Sono passato da nonna, trovando la zia a tenerle compagnia. Ho pedalato fino Sarzana, Carignano, Canepari e Passo delle Prade. Ho visto alcuni cavalli e dei giovani aspiranti calciatori. Ho continuato fino a La Vagina, accorgendomi di una festa del posto ormai già terminata. Sono tornato a casa passando da Spolverina, Castelpoggio e Gragnana. Durante il viaggio, ho visto diversi amanti della bici. Ho fatto una doccia e ho pranzato, poi sono rimasto a riposo, guardando dei video, preparando del materiale e leggendo alcune pagine di un libro. Ho cenato a casa di nonna e sono andato a nanna dopo aver salutato lei e mamma.
