In the morning I went to the bread shop and prepared material at home. I read some pages of a book and had lunch. I prepared other material and biked to Alteta, Castagnara and Casette, seeing some people and walking cats along the road. I continued to the former spinning mill in Forno, noticing about a fallen tree. I saw the Frigido River and stopped to fill some little bottles. Even this time, it was necessary to unblock the fountain tub. I returned home after seeing some young people, I had a shower, prepared Piadelle for dinner and went to bed after eating.

In mattinata sono andato in panetteria e ho preparato del materiale a casa. Ho letto alcune pagine di un libro e ho pranzato. Ho preparato altro materiale e ho pedalato fino ad Alteta, Castagnara e Casette, vedendo alcune persone e dei gatti a passeggio lungo la strada. Ho continuato fino all'ex filanda di Forno, accorgendomi di un albero caduto. Ho visto il Fiume Frigido e mi sono fermato a riempire delle bottigliette. Anche quest'anno, è stato necessario stappare la vasca della fontana. Sono tornato a casa dopo aver visto dei giovanotti, ho fatto una doccia, ho preparato delle Piadelle per cena e sono andato a letto dopo aver mangiato.
