In the morning I prepared my self and began a new bike ride. I passed by Antona and Porneta, stopping at Passo del Vestito. I noticed some plumes of smoke, probably from the fire that had been attacking the mountain area for a few days. I continued to Arni and Capanne di Careggine, then to Capricchia's Church. I heard a liturgical celebration, then saw a dog and a girl who said to leave. I reached Iapori and Porreta, having lunch with parents, grandma, brother and his friend. I tasted Tordelli and a little bit of wine. I remained at rest before coming back home, passing by Tre Fiumi, Passo del Cipollaio and Quercioli. I had a shower, dinner, and went to bed after greeting Geck and his son.

In mattinata mi sono preparato e ho iniziato un nuovo giro in bici. Sono passato da Antona e Porneta, fermandomi al Passo del Vestito. Mi sono accorto di alcuni pennacchi di fumo, probabilmente causati dall'incendio che stava attaccando la zona montana dai giorni scorsi. Ho continuato fino ad Arni e Capanne di Careggine, poi fino alla Chiesa di Capricchia. Ho sentito una celebrazione liturgica, poi ho visto un cane e una ragazza che ha detto di filare. Ho raggiunto Iapori e Porreta, pranzando con i genitori, nonna, il fratello e la sua amica. Ho gustato dei Tordelli e un goccetto di vino. Sono rimasto a riposo prima di tornare a casa, passando da Tre Fiumi, Passo del Cipollaio e Quercioli. Ho fatto una doccia, ho cenato, e sono andato a nanna dopo aver salutato Geck e il suo pargolo.
