Hello Friends!
These are my yesterday daily activities, on February 10, 2025.
In the morning I remained at home, prepared material and read some pages of a book. I had lunch eating Pesto Baked-Lasagna and remained with the roommate. I watched videos and read other pages of a book, I walked along the Frigido River where an aggressive dog tried to chase me. I used the vacuum cleaner and trained my self with some simple exercises. I heard about the transfer of uncle Gino from the hospital. After dinner, I ate a Yogurt and Peanuts. In the end, I went to sleep.

Ciao Amici!
Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 10 Febbraio 2025.
In mattinata sono rimasto a casa, ho preparato del materiale e ho letto alcune pagine di un libro. Ho pranzato mangiando delle Lasagne al forno al Pesto e sono rimasto con il coinquilino. Ho guardato dei video e letto altre pagine di un libro, ho passeggiato lungo il Fiume Frigido, dove un cane aggressivo mi ha inseguit. Ho usato l'aspirapolvere e mi sono allenato con qualche semplice esercizio. Ho saputo del trasferimento dello zio Gino dall'ospedale. Dopo cena, ho mangiato uno Yogurt e delle noccioline. Alla fine sono andato a nanna.
