Hello Friends!

These are my yesterday daily activities, on September 28, 2024.

In the morning I prepared material, read some pages of a book and had lunch. I greeted the roommate and biked in the industrial area, then continued towards Casette. I saw some former teammates and stopped in the vegetable garden, before returning home passing by Canevara and Pariana. I had a shower, ate Piadine and a slice of cake, then I heard about bad news from abroad. I went to bed seeing a few videos full of people often without clothes.

Ciao Amici!

Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 28 Settembre 2024.

In mattinata ho preparato del materiale, ho letto qualche pagina di un libro e ho pranzato. Ho salutato il coinquilino e ho pedalato nella zona industriale, continuando poi verso Casette. Ho visto alcuni ex compagni di squadra e mi sono fermato nell'orto, prima di tornare verso casa passando da Canevara e da Pariana. Ho fatto una doccia, mangiato delle Piadine e una fetta di torta, poi ho sentito di brutte notizie dall'estero. Per finire, sono andato a nanna guardando dei video pieni di persone spesso senza vestiti.
