Hello Friends!
These are my yesterday daily activities, on January 23, 2024.
In the morning I read material, I went to the bread shop and the supermarket. Then I remained at rest due to a slight malaise: the "engine was mumbling", better not to risk breaking it. I had lunch and took a sky blue pill, a step towards the right color. I watched some videos and walked for a short trait, seeing some broken glass that someone had left in the Villaggio San Leonardo's area. I saw an online videolesson and went to bed after having dinner.

Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 23 Gennaio 2024.
In mattinata ho letto del materiale, sono andato in panetteria e al supermercato. Poi sono rimasto a riposo a causa di un leggero malessere: il "motore borbottava", meglio non rischiare di fonderlo. Ho pranzato e ho preso una pillola celeste, un passo in più verso il colore giusto. Ho guardato dei video e ho fatto una breve passeggiata, vedendo dei vetri rotti lasciati da qualcuno, in zona Villaggio San Leonardo. Ho seguito una videolezione online e sono andato a nanna dopo cena.
