Hello Friends!
These are my yesterday daily activities, on November 17, 2024.
In the morning I prepared material and remained with the roommate. My brother returned home bringing back the alms box. I ate Seafruit Spaghetti and drank a Coffee, then I watched videos with the roommate. I read some pages of a book, used the vacuum cleaners, trained my self thanks to some simple exercises but I remained at home, due to a bit of rainy weather. I had dinner and ate a slice of particular Crostata and Apples before going to bed.

Ciao Amici!
Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 17 Novembre 2024.
In mattinata ho preparato del materiale e sono rimasto con il coinquilino. Mio fratello è tornato con la cassetta delle elemosine. Ho mangiato degli Spaghetti ai frutti di mare e ho bevuto un Caffè, poi ho guardato dei video con il coinquilino. Ho letto alcune pagine di un libro, ho usato l'aspirapolvere, mi sono allenato grazie a qualche semplice esercizio ma sono rimasto a casa a causa di un po' di tempo piovoso. Ho cenato e ho mangiato una fetta di una particolare Crostata e delle Mele prima di andare a nanna.
