Hello Friends!
These are my yesterday daily activities, on October 10, 2024.
In the morning I remained at home, prepared material and read some pages of a book. A bit of cold and sore throat continued. I had lunch eating Pici and Mushrooms, prepared other material, watched videos and trained my self with some simple exercises. I walked along the road and the Frigido River, seeing several excrement. I had a shower, had dinner and went to bed.

Ciao Amici!
Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 10 Ottobre 2024.
In mattinata sono rimasto a casa, ho preparato del materiale e ho letto alcune pagine di un libro. Un poco di raffreddore e di mal di gola continuava. Ho pranzato mangiando Pici e funghi, ho preparato altro materiale, ho guardato dei video e mi sono allenato con dei semplici esercizi. Ho passeggiato lungo la strada e il Fiume Frigido, vedendo diversi escrementi. Ho fatto una doccia, ho cenato e sono andato a nanna.
