Hello Friends!
These are my yesterday daily activities, on October 28, 2024.
In the morning I passed by the bread shop, then biked to the industrial area. I saw some workers, new and old ones. I went to take the yearly garbage shoppers stock, then greeted relatives and other workers before returning home. I prepared some pots for rosemary sprouts and had lunch. I prepared material, read some pages of a book, watched videos and trained my self with simple exercises. I had a shower, dinner, and went to bed after watching a movie.

Ciao Amici!
Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 28 Ottobre 2024.
In mattinata sono passato in panetteria, poi ho pedalato fin nella zona industriale. Ho visto alcuni lavoratori, vecchi e nuovi. Sono andato a prendere l'annuale scorta di sacchetti per rifiuti, poi ho salutato dei parenti e altri lavoratori prima di tornare a casa. Ho preparato dei vasi per i germogli di rosmarino e ho pranzato. Ho preparato del materiale, ho letto alcune pagine di un libro, ho guardato dei video e mi sono allenato con dei semplici esercizi. Ho fatto una doccia, ho cenato, e sono andato a nanna dopo aver guardato un film.
