Of note:

The Aluminum and Steel “bullseye” are WAY cooler than expected 😎

Dave etched one side and we shot 3 white layers on the other. They’ll decide which way to go.

We did manage to get an angle on the HDU board. Relife .25" / Conic 80 degree
Seemed to do the trick, but we’ll know more tomorrow.

I can’t pin down the feeds and speeds to get the poly-paper to cut without lifting up the row on the last couple of cuts. Luckily I know the ADHD trick. Cut with Jack on 4 mm coro !!

(You’d laugh if you knew how much that saved me. I started with that first, you know, just to see…)

I thought the plunge would do the trick, but it still snagged. Acceleration might do more then Cut Speed because I’m only 30 off…
If I did math correctly...
5000 * .42 = 2,100 and 3000 * .69 = 2,070 for the coro, Right???
