My Love for Crystals

in crystals •  2 years ago

Today I want to write on Crystals. For those who do not know I am into Crystal Healing and a certified therapist. For a long time in my life I was very attracted to Crystals. Wherever I would travel I would end up picking lots of Crystals. This was even before I decided to become a Therapist. My family would always wonder why would I buy so many Crystals. It became my hobby. And the magic was they would appear to me magically from nowhere. I clearly remember this incident some years back in Athens. Me and my sister we lost our way to where we had to go, and while we were walking down the streets finding our way out, right in front of me there came up one Crystal Shop. I could not resist myself and went in and ended up picking many Crystals. I love to buy raw rocks and not the polished crystals. In that shop there was one very beautiful raw piece of Malachite and Azurite mix. It was so attractive, I could not resist and I bought.
The shop guy was a little surprised, he told me that it was not a very healthy piece and was a little sick baby. But to me in the whole shop that was the most gorgeous baby. I bought and got it home. I felt like it kept smiling back to me and was happy to be with me.

And the second day, I could see it losing out it's strength and chipping off. I guess it just wanted to come to me showing off all it's last charms that it could. Crystals have given me signs for any approaching danger in my life. I had travelled to Iran and on that trip I ended up getting a Turquoise. Turquoise Crystals one of the properties is that it gives you signals when there is some danger approaching towards you. The other thing of Turquoise is that you can be fooled very easily ending up buying a Blue Howlite in the name of Turquoise. Turquoise to get a genuine piece is rare and it is very expensive. If anyone is willing to give you for a lesser price, be aware, it's not original. Turquoise changes it's color with shifts in energy. I bought it and through out the trip kept on thinking why did it come to me. I was in love with it, I kept holding it for long time. As soon as I got back home from my trip. In a week's time I landed up in a health condition of Lumbar Stenosis, then I realized why it had to come to me in that time.

Crystals have some amazing energy properties and if put rightfully to use, they can manifest what we want in life. The Gem stones that many people believe in wearing has good powers. But the important part of Crystals is taking care of it. After all it's energy and if you do not take good care then it can backfire. That's where a lot of people go wrong with Crystals. My house is filled with all varieties of Crystals and I enjoy working with them. I feel they talk to me and we have some very close bonding.

I also enjoy making Crystal Mandalas from small Crystal chips or small Crystal tumbles. I love to keep working with them in some or the other form.

You can easily test turquoise with acetone (nail varnish remover) - and if the vendor won't allow you to test it... walk away ;-)

I still haven't unpacked the boxes with crystals, as still not sure where to put them. lol.

Yes, that's the most easiest way to test them.
Open the box, they will find their place... :-)
