Your Skill is your Asset.

Every day we come up with interactions with people and ideas that inspire us and motivate us to undertake a larger creature. Yet, we all have our natural urges to take the easy way out, lose focus, or get derailed by distractions.

We often take the good of what life has to offer for granted; longing instead for things that may never happen. It is an extremely frustrating trap but also an opportunity to refocus on what your life is about and how to improve it.

Focusing on things that provide intrinsic value can help with the yearning to earn and make improvements.

For example, volunteering your time and skills to a cause you believe in can provide both short-term emotional relief as well as long-term benefits. Volunteering provides an opportunity to better oneself, be of service to others, utilize personal strengths and creativity in a different environment, and connect in ways with people you’ve previously only known online.

You only have so many hours in a day and they should not be wasted on things you are not good at. Lastly, you are an asset, one that sells for a major price. It is because of these reasons that you owe it to yourself to figure out what your skillsets are and use the time spent on that for side hustles.

Never take too little or too much risk with regards to where you spend your time. While money-wise, there’s no greater security than an asset but living a good life is also something enjoyable; this does not diminish the importance of seizing new opportunities within your capabilities as long as it doesn’t conflict with other aspects of personal finance.

Over time, people take a capitalist attitude toward life. They are solely focusing on their hard skills instead of soft skills. A hard skill is a skill that can be measurable and proven while soft skills can't be exactly measured.

We hustle every day until we think we don't want to do any more this is when we are going to stop learning a new mode of business and begin our retirement.

Moreover, wealthier people tend to explore opportunities in solitude whereas less wealthy will often work at McDonald’s for living expenses just to get some money.

The traditional mindset that we have been accustomed to is slowly changing in the new generation; however, this may not be as good as it sounds. This gives them more difficulties because they really don’t know what they need or what they should learn in the future. Along with the problem of lack of self-knowledge, they also have a problem of motivation. It’s difficult to find measure how much effort you put into learning something and it’s harder to stay motivated while learning something that is not close to what you want.

It's not surprising these days when you see people studying and taking freelance copywriting to create new opportunities and make their work lives more fruitful.

Today, many individuals start their careers as full-time designers or programmers. But in the future, a side hustle will be the mainstream pattern of earning money. You should understand your best skill and improve them to develop even deeper capability. Through this, you can have more control over your life and make better choices.

We all chase our dreams, wishing that they would come true. You might be studying at university, or maybe you have already earned your degree or are a young professional working in a big company. Regardless of what stage in life you are at when you begin to think about these things, we often have the same general questions. What does my future look like? How does it feel? What will I do on workdays? What should I do with my spare time? Will I be satisfied?

After graduation: if you are lucky, your job has a good starting salary and benefits for employees and their families that can keep a roof over your head and food on the table; but if you're more average then luck's on your side, then odds even out with a tradeoff either you won't be as good as you could be and won't make the money, or you'll make the money but won't be as good. Plan on losing some trades, plan on winning some trades.
