Work hard and don't give up, that's an old piece of advice that a guide kept repeating. The words of wisdom were the wind in my sails, always feeding me encouragement that would propel me to the next goal, with always in my eyes the beautiful vision of what could and would happen.
While achieving success is not easy, it is possible and there are ways to motivate yourself; by understanding your goals and staying on track.
But motivation deals with “hot states” whereas achievement is more about the “future me”, dominating your emotions and future thoughts.
The way you are feeling (or the lack) on any given day will ignite the kind of results.
Money is a huge motivator and many people would argue that it is “the” ultimate motivator; bestowing importance and giving you the freedom to travel, buy things, and indulge in all sorts of pleasures. But for me, money is not a motivator because I see that as my work ethic providing for my needs.
By strengthening internal motivation which is less driven by external motivation it becomes easier to make money and earn wealth successfully. The more you want to work hard at something statistically the greater chance you have of getting there.
No matter what stage of your journey as a successful personal life throws at you, it isn't luck that will push you forward. As I'm sure many have heard in the past, "money doesn't buy happiness." It may not be saying anything profound but it is true!
Inspiration is an important word to keep in mind with regard to motivation. We all need inspiration-it can be found everywhere- the goal is to excavate deep and think creatively so that we know what angle best suits us. As sources of public figures, inspiration can come when we look to people such as celebrities. With everyday people who achieve success in their difficult jobs such as nurses and teachers, we are often moved by how much they do for us. Watching these individuals work hard proves that any job or job title - no matter how big or small- is possible with motivation and diligence!
Successful people are generally more demanding of themselves. Motivation is an essential key for them to get what they want.
Motivation is the key to achieving anything you want and are waiting to accomplish. This may not be easy but there are a lot of reasons why you should do it; money, opportunity, and so on in your life which all give rise to liberty, honor, and other factors that amount to true achievement.
