The University of Warwick in England studied over 3,500 people across 280 occupations characterized by a high degree of flexibility and autonomy to explore how control factors increased overall share-of-life satisfaction.

Surprisingly, the researchers found that fewer responsibilities and less control actually led to greater well-being.

In life, you cannot have everything your way. That's fine because at least what you can have is complete control and hundreds of opportunities that are waiting for you to take them on.

People these days are becoming quite a lot more ambitious towards themselves. They have been yearning and willing to work hard to improve their lifestyles and future prospects. Depending on the industry you go into, innovation and creativity rank highly in skillset preference.

Factor in marketing communications skills and strong analytical discipline - people are signing up to or creating some sort of side hustle or small business-related work that generates a modest return just to fill the void left by employers with next-to-no pay rises, job security, good benefits, or training opportunities.

Many people dread the idea of hard work, but that is because we choose to think about it in the wrong way. It becomes an investment in your future.

The internet has information about how to diversify your income through websites, applications, webpages, and many other advertising opportunities.

No matter how hard things get, know that you can also be prosperous. No one said it would be easy, but the rewards are well worth it.

Money has not always been my first priority. In order for me to make good money in the future and live a good quality life I will do whatever it takes- from a 2nd job to online business ventures.

The only thing you probably need to understand if you don’t already is that the more people try harder on something the more they seem stuck and that’s okay! It’s not futile or useless if one struggles in order to achieve one “goal."

Experiencing eventual success is not an inalienable right, it requires hard work, a strong will, dedication, and a determination to achieve your goals. Do not give up on your dreams and start living each day with meaning and purpose.

Views about career development come in many variations based on life experience. The different views shape attitudes to work or careers, success or achievement, and chance or luck.
