It's giving us a roller coaster ride. The crypto market was moving up well and then again there is a fall. But this is normal and bound to happen. It went up fast and now there is again a correction and consolidation, before it goes to the next level. But every time the market goes down, then those who are still not crypto fans start shouting about its volatility. A friend of mine has never been a crypto person and condemns it. He thinks that crypto investment is just a gamble. Before I used to try explaining it to him but now, I have left it.
I no longer wish to explain any one who does not have faith in the cryptos, and to an extent just not the cryptos but in any area of life. People fail to look at the trends of how this market has evolved over the years. BTC which was in cents is today at 40K plus and which other investment will ever give this amount of crazy returns. And as this market matures we will see the stability in prices also when it gets incorporated at a large in every household and when it reaches it's maximum supply limit.
These ups and downs are a part of the game and there is nothing to worry about. In the last bull run there were 3 major dips which gave corrections up to 30%, and in the previous runs also there have been similar trends, so this is all bound to happen. Even if it's a bull market it's not going to keep moving up only, there will be dips and corrections on the way till it reaches the peak.
So let's see what 2024 brings in for us from the Crypto market for the Crypto lovers.

Crypto is - by definition - a gamble.
gamble
găm′bəl
intransitive verb
To bet on an uncertain outcome, as of a contest.
To play a game of chance for stakes.
To take a risk in the hope of gaining an advantage or a benefit.
In the given time and circumstances it does pose some risk but it also depends on where you are investing. If you put your money in any shit coin with anticipation of it sky rocketing then it can be a big risk
What is the user case for DPoS blockchain, as a social media site ?
What is the value proposition for blurt*?..
Quality posting?...lolol........engagement? ...lolol
Socialist principles where 'going along to get along' has higher value than merit or effort ?
Nepotism, sycophancy and vindictive behavior is not a value proposition - but it is a great repellent, to people who are looking to gamble their money somewhere.
*it is only immutable for as long as the witnesses decide to run servers- so not a vlaid argument
Crypto is not meant for everyone. While some don't want to take that risk of trading it, others do. A lot of persons have made it through trading crypto currencies, so there's no need for condemnation. Personally, crypto is not a gamble. If you know and practice money management, there should not be a reason to call it "gambling". Life is about taking risks and managing those risks at the same time.
That's right, I am sure as the market evolves in the years to come these mindsets will also change
Yeah very true, they'll definitely change.
