We will always have Kraken ...

Kraken is rather easy to use and it is also very reliable, at least in my case, Today I will describe what happened on the other exchange and wallet/debit service.

I have problems with them for a while, so I am extremely agitated with the incompetence. This is the newest pearls delivered during the short but annoying support session.

Crypterium - wallet, exchange, withdrawal - support just asked me if I used erc-20 for my Bitcoin Cash deposit and told me they ONLY support erc-20.... lol. BCH doesn't have that, it is ETH protocol...

Until few months ago they were fucking my withdrawal, putting my coins on hold for days, then charge insane fees, now they doing the same with deposits.

There are better services than this - I am sure you can recommend me a few - this thing with Crypterium was overall a horrible experience.

After this incident I will ask to delete my account on this garbage service and use my normal debit for internet shopping.

I legit think that these fuckers are turning profit scot-free on coins and additionally charging fees.

They also answered that they are using ERC-20, but there is absolutely no indication on a page, as you can see from a screenshot, that some wallets are frozen.

I also deposited multiple times from same app and wallet address into their app. There was NO issue and nobody asked me if I am using Ethereum protocol for Bitcoin cash...

Shortly after that I received an email notification about my discussion with the staff, which was one of the weirdest conversations I ever had over some cryptocurrency.

Currently I can't login into my account over the website and my app is completely frozen, which would mean they are fixing the issue or they just pretend to do it, and ease into a nice afternoon while I am having a demonic attack over here.

Anyways, we will always have the KRAKEN.
