Don't believe every headline.
An amusing clickbait to garner awareness of Binance's new 10 FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS FOR CRYPTO USERS.
It's a real mish-mash of ideas that includes both rights and obligations plus the inevitable sop to regulators that Binance would really, really like it if it didn't go broke by being frozen out of markets.
For example:
X. Crypto regulation is inevitable.*
and in the footer,
*If you're looking for a caveat, you won't find it here. Crypto regulation is coming.
And we believe it will change the industry for the better.
Yes, of course it will; like blind trusts and offshore havens and those jurisdictions that facilitate different kinds of regulations.
How would you like to see the future of global finance evolve?
We encourage you to share your perspective with your crypto platform of choice.
How... open of them.
It's always the same: trust us with your trust - we'll only break it when we need to.

CZ has been bought and brought into the elite.
This is how it's done.
Hello, I like to make a crypto LOL
A tricycle - excellent stablecoin ;-)
Since 2013, i have held about 7 different coins, these shit coins are not all they are cracked up to be.
Yes , i too read about the same yesterday on decrypt. Regulation of Crypto is also something that the Indian government wants to bring in , the reason is that they want to tax Crypto.
Taxes are inevitable.
lmao.
IMO what is far worse is making cryptos on a par with derivatives and hence freezing out most people who cannot prove they are "sophisticated investors" - which really just means having lots of money or a finance job.
as the former CEO of Doge said: crypto is a scam or gambling, the ones who control are the rich who have a lot of money
Binance is Evil. Binance is pulling out of Ontario Canada in a few days. Not sure what happens with everyone’s money after December ?? Anyone know ???

They did this in the US quite some time ago.
What will happen is you won't be able to trade there, however you will still be able to log in after and withdraw your coins to wallets away from their exchange.
I hated seeing them do this to the US as they were the best exchange in my opinion at that time. But given how intrusive the government who believes they own me is, how quick they are to shoot first ask second, I can't blame any company or country for being wary of any entanglement with them.
Yes, I can verify - @offgridlife, if you have concerns you should have quite a few emails from them setting out the conditions. I refused their KYC but was able to close positions and transfer funds out without any issues, even after their deadline.
Yeah … I moved mine in June ….
It is like Trust Me, get into my trap and then we will show you the true colors :-)
The wallet key owner determines the usage of the crypto, therefore the crypto itself is not evil.
Peace
You have brought an important information and opened the door of discussion. Cryptocurrency is somewhat complicated in our country India. I hope our government will take decision very soon and all thing will be alright. Thanks for informing us about this news.
The Indian government wants to make cryptocurrency suitable for natural use in their country
But I don't really know how much acceptance it will have, but if cryptocurrency is legalized in this way, I think it will be beneficial for all countries because we know but cryptocurrency always raises the good news for the rest of the cryptocurrency users
