Thanks to etherscan API, now the steem2eth swap tool overloads the API from Infrua. The frequency of updating the blanace is changed from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.
The Free plan of Etherscan allows max 5 requests per second, which is more than enough, since I only use 1 API per 30 seconds.
