Transferring some BTC to Wirex and Card Blocked for Verification

I wanted to take the benefits of the High AER offered by WirexApps so I transfered some BTC from Crypto and when the withdrawal is completed, the WirexApps card is blocked and it is asking for verification for source of funds.
