The Free Plan is very limited and only provides 1000 requests per month, which is like 33 per day.
I am still researching a API to get the accurate rate between any two fiat currencies (e.g. GBP or USD).
Currently, for the Crypto API, I am using a common crypto pair e.g. BTC to convert fiats to each other, for example, GBP to BTC, and BTC to USD, so that I can get the rate between GBP to USD, however this is not very accurate due to the fact that the crypto pairs are fluncating.
