Disabling SBD Swaps Temporarily Because ...

Greetings fellow steemians!

After a careful considering and investigation - I have decided to suspend the SBD swaps for now, you can still keep using the STEEM.

@rme has been using a lot recently (swapping SBD to USDT via steem2usdt) - Thanks for that!

However, to keep this tool sustainable, I have to sell SBD to STEEM at some point. There are not many exchanges with SBD/USDT or SBD/STEEM pairs, I then exchanged SBD in steem internal market

The API to check the conversion rate from SBD to USDT relies only from one source, which is not reliable sometimes.

Thus, there is a non-neglible difference, and I am losing due to this.

For STEEM swaps, it is fine - because the API STEEM to USDT is based on multiple sources: ignore the max/min, and the rest values are averaged.

TLDR;

If you send SBD to the swap tools, your funds will be returned. but the steem swaps are working as normal.

Future Plan: when SBD is listed in exchanges like HTX, then I may bring this back.
