In general, I am quite happy with the Crypto Ledger Card which allows you to spend your crypto like other visa/master debit cards.
However, currently, it seems that the refunds are only processed in EURT which is like a stable coin to EURO.
Here is the support reply from Crypto Ledger:
Unfortunately, we are currently only able to process refunds in EURT. All refunds will be returned to your EURT account.
