The Manual Refund for Ledger Crypto Card

I have noticed that many refunds for using Crypto Ledger card are not automatic. I had to send emails to ask the support for the refunds.

This time, I have been refunded which I got confirmation from the merchant, however, after a week, it did not show still on my account.

Thank you for reaching out to our team. We're sorry to hear of the issue you have experienced with your refund.
We've asked our issuer to confirm the reversal you have reported, we will be in touch to provide further information regarding the return of these funds.
Once confirmed, your funds will be credited to your EURT account.
Thank you for your cooperation. In the meantime, please do let us know if you need further assistance,

And after a day or two:

Thank you for your patience in awaiting a response from our team, we apologise for the delay you have experienced.
After carefully checking your transactions and credit history, we have been able to locate the following refund of 12.78 EURT. We have requested the correspondent team to process this credit for you and the funds will be credited to your EURT account in the following 48 business hours. Once this is credited to your wallet you will receive an email notification.
In the event that you haven't received these funds after this period of time, please contact us back to assist you further with your case.
Please do let us know if you have any remaining queries or concerns, our team will be happy to support you further.

I have asked the support of Ledger why the refunds are not done automatically:

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the recurrence of this issue. We want to assure you that we are actively working on automating all refund types, and we are hopeful that these enhancements will be fully implemented in the coming weeks. While some refunds are currently processed automatically, it's important to note that depending on the merchant and their refund procedures, there are instances where a refund claim may still need to be manually initiated.
