A Little Update: Video Recording for HTX Deposit with Wrong Memo

I've waited for a day, and the HTX replied to ask for a new video:

Hello, since you did not fill in the correct label when recharging, the asset was not deposited into your account. Please record the video according to the following video requirements. The video recording must include the following:

① The source of the transfer. You need to start recording after logging into the transfer platform/wallet. The video must have at least 2 jump interfaces, and the time, currency, quantity, address, and complete hash value of the withdrawal are clearly visible. (If the withdrawal record of the transfer platform/wallet cannot display the hash value, please contact the customer service of the other platform/wallet to provide the hash value, and record the entire conversation asking for the hash value in the video)

② The transferor needs to clarify the HTX account that needs to be credited for the recharge. The account information that needs to be credited (account bound mobile phone/email/UID) can be written on paper, signed and written on the date of the day, and recorded together in the video.

The steemitwallet front-end doensn't show the TX and also old transfers are not shown.

I replied

I re-recorded the video, I demonstrated that I sent 12 STEEM from my STEEM wallet to my HTX account, and soon the HTX account showed that the funds had been received. Since the STEEM front-end cannot display records from too long ago, I displayed the interface with the hash of e4af6d3f4a270494e53326078a7e0ec0b324efe2 in Block 91106001. And from the past records, you can see that the address MEMO of my HTX deposit needs to be filled in as 102723. Thank you.
