TLDR; I have sent a query to Crypto Ledger because there was a charge to the card that was incorrect as that was amended later by the merchant.
And after a days' investigation, I got the reply from the ledger:
We've asked our issuer to confirm the status of the transactions you have reported, we will be in touch to provide further information regarding these funds.
Unfortunately, once a charge is authorized, we are unable to adjust it from our end. However, you can request a credit or reversal for the difference in the charges directly from XXX. We recommend reaching out to XXXX's customer support to facilitate this process.
This is a bit strange to me, as other (credit) cards' providers don't have this problem.
