Justin Sun transferred 6,500 $ETH($8.3M) to Poloniex.

The US CPI data will be released today(~11 hours later).
It is worth noting that Justin Sun also transferred 6,000 $ETH to Poloniex the day before US CPI data was released on Nov 10.

Justin Sun(0x9f84) withdrew 33,911,530 $BUSD and 15,432,715 $USDT from Binance.
Then he transferred 33,911,530 $BUSD to Paxos Treasury.
And exchanged 15,432,715 $USDT for 15,435,455 $USDC and transferred to Circle.
