Hi Friends,
Unfortunately, crypto has taken a turn and there is nothing but a sea of red out there right now:
As investors, a level head is always a good thing. Don't get too excited about big runs because the next day could be a bloodbath. Just stay level headed, execute your game plan and make smart adjustments as needed.
The balancing act can be tough: Hold during high volatility but on a specific trend? Add on dips if you have conviction? Sell when your plan comes to fruition and don't regret sticking to your plan when the coin goes higher and you left money on the table?
Honestly, many of the alt coins are trades and not holds. Bitcoin and Ethereum can be put in different buckets as they are gaining mainstream adoption as a speculative investment or store of value in investor portfolios, but many alt coins will fade away through lack of utility, increasing supply, and increased competition for investor money, among other reasons. The key is to make some money and not be left holding the bag for years or averaging down forever until you hope for the next alt season so you can get back to even (like me on many of my 2018 coins, lol).
Good luck and have fun,
Brian
That’s nothing .... I’m down 90% on my Cub investment..... bought at $14.... now at $2
I’m way up on Steem, SBD and TrX though .... so it all averages out.
