Binance Smart Chain

Hi friends,

I admit that I have been slow to get into defi, and am way behind the game. Yield farming was (and still is) a game changer and those that got in early have really made out well.

So I finally make the jump and got on the Binance Smart Chain and have been getting into BNB, but have certainly missed the chance to get in cheap:

Cub Finance and Pancakeswap are the places I am mostly at right now, but I am throwing some darts around as well looking for some home runs and bigger yields. Results have been mixed in my first couple of weeks and I am still figuring it all out. Pancakeswap upgraded its smart contracts last week and I had to unstake my farms and restake them - in doing all that I realized I managed to lose .8 BNB in the farms in one week as they rebalance if the other coin in the liquidity pool drops, using BNB to buy more of the other coin - oh well, guess that is part of the risk. Interesting for sure though and hopefully I am not throwing good BNB away. I also think I have too many farms and stakes, as the gas fees get a bit steep when there are so many transactions to harvest and reinvest.

Which defi projects are you excited about and why?

Thanks for coming by,

Brian

Well ... I wish I had my BNB back.... I used 2 BNB ( 2* $300 = $600) to buy Cub at around $10..... that BNB would be worth about $1200 now... my Cub are now worth about $ 270. Luckily I also bought some Dogecoin around the same time. You win some you lose some.
