War On Bitcoin And Crypto: Here’s How The Industry Will ... erm... will win? lose? fight? (Editor!?)

If the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Wells Notice against Coinbase makes anything clear, it’s that the agency is at war with the crypto industry. Coinbase is the poster child for the American crypto industry and has always been committed to regulatory compliance and license registration – otherwise, the exchange wouldn’t have been able to get its IPO approved either.

A declaration of war against the banksters is long overdue. Over 100 years of monetary terrorism against nations and peoples. As Lobaczewski said, you can know you live in a psychopathocracy when every agency does the opposite of its stated public aims. We live in just such an era.

Really is worth reading The Federal Reserve Monster (1922); it's not a very long book and shows why "banksters" is a very accurate description of their trade.

the theatre of war may be crypto, but at stake is our freedom of choice and our self-sovereignty. not that there is so much of that anywhere in this world, hence all the more reason to fight when one can, and resist being shoved into a ghetto. We know what happens to ghettos.

Federal Reserve Says Custodia’s Crypto-Focused Business Model Is ‘Inconsistent’ With Approval

Though the Fed admitted Custodia has sufficient capital and resources to launch, it has concerns about the long-term sustainability of a crypto-focused bank.

Fed's 86-page response - finally!

Custodia's response:

“Rather than choosing to work with a bank utilizing a low-risk, fully-reserved business model, the Fed instead demonstrated its shortsightedness and inability to adapt to changing markets,” the Custodia statement said. “Perhaps more attention to areas of real risk would have prevented the bank closures that Custodia was created to avoid. It is a shame that Custodia must turn to the courts to vindicate its rights and compel the Fed to comply with the law.”
