SEC Is 'Completely Out Of Control,' Says a16z Crypto's Head of Policy
At the annual Futures Industry Association conference in Boca Raton, representatives from crypto companies argued the lack of regulatory clarity would stifle US innovation.
That's putting the situation rather mildly. You know you live in a psychopathocracy (or pathocracy, as Lobaczewski called it) when every agency does the opposite of what it claims to do. This may be hard for naive souls to perceive, as the stated aims remain the same, just that their implementations are totally at odds with those declared aims.
The acceleration towards global totalitarianism is taking place now precisely because all govscum agencies have been captured and corrupted. This has been taking place over many decades, but once a majority control is achieved there is no turning back to having any trust at all in any agency. The SEC is merely one example of a thoroughly corrupt - and corrupting - agency run in the interests of a very few.
Brian Quintenz, a former Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) commissioner and current head of policy at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), said:
“The SEC is completely out of control. They’re going rogue.”
Yep!
This isn't about "innovations", this is about monetary control.
This is about whether we end up with a more robust and resilient DeFi or a surveillance SpyFi.
