Good to see this proof-of-reserves train being stopped for some proof-of-algorithm.
I've been saying this since the concept gained traction: is meaningless without also listing liabilities.
And to those who then decided to lay into Kraken:
The deeper question is whether there is an algorithmic way to show both assets and liabilities. All platforms also need to separate client funds from their own money.
crypto = obfuscation
one bigger question is whether self-regulation can work - lmfao - has it ever!?
sadly, the better algorithms don't always win - prob coz they don't suck up to greed and fraud.
I've just upvoted @blurtyield's content.
