‘Who the hell’ is Prometheum and what did it say to Congress about SEC compliance?

A testimony given at a United States House of Representatives hearing by the blockchain firm’s co-founder, Aaron Kaplan, has drawn the attention of those in the crypto space.

Seems like a lot of people not paying attention.

Worth reading the whole thread... and more.

But we - you and I - have come across the Kaplans before.

Too busy being hounded by the SEC, few seem to have noticed the preparations in the wings.

I suspect the waiting is because "digital assets securities" remains undefined, or rather, none of the current top coins has registered as such. What we may be looking at is the coming launch of actual crypto securities by parties, and their investors, who have been waiting for the crypto winter to freeze everybody else out.

So what does Prometheum have to say about all of this?

“All spirits are enslaved which serve things evil.”
