Bank of England-Backed Project: CBDCs Could Enable 'Programmability' for Money

The ‘Project Rosalind’ software trial found that central bank digital currencies could enable smart contract-like features for transactions.

I've said this many times; the real aim of CBDCs is not faster and cheaper transaction times - there is nothing quicker and cheaper than using banknotes to buy things - but the creation of programmable money.

Money will then no longer be an inert medium of exchange but will have an active function that will track and limit its use - your use. You will then also always need your spyphone on your person. Track and trace for human slaves.

Project Rosalind report.

The project is based on a two-tier model representing a public-private partnership in which the central bank issues CBDC and provides the ledger infrastructure, and the private sector offers user-facing services including digital wallets.

This was always the plan, to keep commercial banks alive while keeping the proles at a distance from the central banksters. Your wallet will then determine what you can and can't do. Your slavery will be complete. We're nearly there, with bank payments apps already being widely used for very small daily transactions. When notes are withdrawn, what other option will you have?

He keeps stumbling over the lies he tells about how this is all so convenient in our oh-so-wonderful digital world. As I said, digital currency payments already exist with phone apps. What is missing is being able to control you via those apps. That control has not as yet been personalised.

The ISO 20022 standard allows more data to be sent with payments, and in a more structured format. ISO 20022 is an open international standard, which has the potential to create a single common language for most payments globally and deliver a wide range of benefits.

“This would be a game-changer in how we think about money and how transactions take place,” said the central bank group’s Head of Research Hyun Song Shin.

I foresee a rash of totally new crypto assets emerge... most current coins won't be included unless captured by banksters.

Notice, this is what would happen initially if Tether, or any major stablecoin crashed - the prices of counter-coins would suddenly explode - until the reality sank in - will make a few people phenomenally wealthy in the blink of an eye.
