London Ranked Top Global Crypto Hub Day After Treasury Publishes Plans on Regulations
Crypto service provider Recap recently compiled a list of the cities it considers most likely to be the most popular destinations for the crypto community. Based on eight data points, Recap determined London to be the best global location to fuel investments for crypto-related startups.

Recap is a UK-based crypto tax tool.
Seems to me that "crypto hub" means two rather different things: one is a centre of crypto professionals and services; the other is a place of wide consumer adoption.
Let us also not forget that the City of London is not the same as the metropolitan city of London.
Everybody wants to be the hub of a decentralised world!
