Comdex have recently added OSMO tokens to their list of eligible tokens - these are ATOM, LUNA and XPRT.
In a nutshell, you may receive some CMDX tokens if you held or staked any of the above tokens - this does not include tokens within liquidity pools such as on Osmosis.

According to their airdrop calculator, yes, I should get some - we shall see the reality, as it seems like a claimdrop, rather than auto.
In that case make sure to claim it whenever it is available.
