Aptly Named RESTRICT Act in Senate as USA Slides Further into Tyranny

Potential crypto ban: Coin Center raises the alarm on the RESTRICT Act

Coin Center drew parallels with the existing Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) system. But, crucially, they pointed out the RESTRICT Act differs by curtailing recourse — infringing on First Amendment rights.

“The Act creates a redundant regime paralleling OFAC without clear justification, it significantly limits the ability for injured parties to challenge actions raising due process concerns, and unlike OFAC it lacks any carve-out for protected speech.”

Remember Kissinger:

Recently, a declassified document reveals that Kissinger repeated the joke to Turkey’s foreign minister in 1975, as the two men discussed ways to bypass a Congressional ban on arms sales to Ankara. “Before the Freedom of Information Act, I used to say at meetings, ‘The illegal we do immediately; the unconstitutional takes a little longer.’ [laughter] But since the Freedom of Information Act, I’m afraid to say things like that.”

It's an in-joke for the elite-scum, and even they know it isn't funny - it's true. It is the method why which the USA has been crippled into a thoroughly corrupted and corrupting totalitarian "republic".

National security will engulf the state so that the whole country is one big surveillance society - somewhat like the communist countries. Your only freedom is to obey without complaints.

Of course, is all conspiracy thinking - that the bipolar cold war was a facade, a twin-track experiment - to eventually merge into one tech dystopia - just don't find the edges, for they will shock you.

whatever happened to globalisation? lmfao. was just another psyop.
we are now back into gangsterlands - enclaves of malice, extortion and coercion.
welcome to the people's republic.

Everything is moving so quickly now. Is it just me, or has time sped up?

We really are already one big surveillance society.

Yes, the quickening is due to every gov and agencies being thoroughly captured and corrupted, so that there is absolutely nobody within the system that will stop it. Look at how the Supreme Court treated Trump with utter contempt.

I've been saying this for maybe 10 years, or more, but everyone needs to read Political Ponerology by Lobaczewski to at least understand and recognise the tyranny of a psychopathocracy. Since the author's death, that book has been harder to find as a free pdf, although now on Amazon as he can no longer profit from the sales. Pure pathocracy at work.

It has taken time, as it takes time to replace humans with psychopaths within every agency and foundation; and even then, they don't need 100% control, just a majority, and the humans may well leave in disgust, or just take the money and be grateful they can still breathe.

And once every agency is corrupt and following their own private agendas, then superficial things, such as a Constitution, can be put through the shredder. Who is there to stop them!?

The rise and rise of the CIA is the perfect beacon of a psychopathocracy.

The other thing that has happened is the total dumbing down of humans. The myriad of toxic vectors, the growth in psyops using propaganda, behaviourism and electromagnetic devices, have all created a thoroughly sick and deeply stupid species. Perfect fodder for the psychos.
