To continue with the enthusiasm I have for the Blurt network, I set myself the task of creating a node, I have some Linux experience and a hard drive as a second system, so why not give it a try, I have Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS, and it's perfect for creating the node. The first thing I did was to update the operating system, I have Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS, and it is perfect for creating the node.
Once the operating system was upgraded, I went to the blurt node installation guide, and followed it step by step. The first challenge was to configure ssh, for this I used the link video, as passwordless access is required. Once this step was passed it was easy to install docker and download the image, it was a matter of waiting to see the synced chain.
Then for the configuration of mu blurt account as a witness I had some inconveniences, it could be tiredness, but thanks to the help provided by the witness @saboin, which was very gentle and accurate, I managed to finish the task. And enjoy the work done.
The purpose of installing the blurt node, is to test how much resource the network consumes and analyze the profitability of keeping it running. I have a piece of equipment that is missing a couple of pieces to make it work 24 hours a day, so it's a matter of investing a little money and that's it. I am quite surprised with the few resources consumed by the node, so far, after a few hours running, everything goes perfect.
In addition to this, I want to comment that together with a team of experienced users in Hive, steem and blurt blockchains, we are working on the formation of a community, to promote and give value to this great blockchain. We already launched the general idea presentation post on the main account of the project @visualblock, which you can read here. I also invite you to join the discord, where we are active 24 hours a day. The main idea is to create a curator account to reward all those content creators who, day after day, invite their time and originality, to give us information and entertainment.

El objetivo de la instalación del nodo blurt, es probar que tanto recurso consume la red y analizar la rentabilidad de mantenerlo en funcionamiento. Tengo un equipo al que le faltan un par de piezas para ponerlo a funcionar las 24 horas, así que es cuestión de invertir un poco de dinero y listo. Estoy bastante sorprendido con los pocos recursos que consume el nodo hasta el momento, luego de unas horas corriendo, todo va perfecto.
Además de esto, quiero comentar que junto a un equipo de usuarios experimentados en las cadenas de Hive, steem y blurt, estamos trabajando en la formación de una comunidad, para fomentar y darle valor a esta gran blockchain. Ya lanzamos el post de presentación de la idea general en la cuenta principal del proyecto @visualblock, el cual pueden leer aquí. También los invito a unirse al discord, donde estamos activos las 24 horas. La idea principal es crear una cuenta curadora para recompensar a todos aquellos creadores de contenido que, día tras día invierten su tiempo y originalidad, para regalarnos información y entretenimiento.
Para lograr lo anterior, y sabiendo que la moneda blurt está cayendo poco a poco, estamos esperando con órdenes de compra el final de este dip, y sumar entre los involucrados un poder de voto significativo.
