No Covid … just really bad Pine pollen allergies

So I tested negative for Covid.

That was very unpleasant …

But after a few days of sore throat, headaches, cough I learned that the Pollen count is off the charts. Spruce, birch and especially white pine.

Our house is surrounded by Spruce and White Pine.

So allergies.

I was taking Vitamin C for Covid or cold and learned that Pine pollen is also packed with Vitamin C. So I think I am good in the Vitamin C department ….

Our Pine trees are covered in these little packets of pollen.

Took an Arius and went for a good walk on the Rideau.

It’s nice to breathe again ….
