To truly answer your question, we'd need to know exactly what was in the vial that you submitted to. We can only assume it is what is in their ingredients label, but as we have seen, that isn't necessarily true.
If this was a real pandemic managed by actual humans with a conscience, we would indeed see random vials around the world being tested and verified as to their content. As the whole scam is run by criminals, that is both unlikely and would also be untrustworthy.
So... bad news, this is not a vax, it's a genetic modification technique - if it works it will work forever. They are therefore lying that you will need more - it will be just further experimentation to see how many genes they can alter.
What can you do? Nothing.
Well, there is one thing you can do, and that is to get a new spike protein antibody test. Really depends how evil your doctor is, tho. Reports coming out show that the antibody levels decline rather quickly - I suspect the body is less dumb than the brain and the antibodies quickly realise they have been duped and that there is no virus.
But one amusing possibility is that, if you had a dummy vial, there would be no antibodies produced. One less amusing possibility is that it also had off-label ingredients.
Anyway, the antibody test can track your progress.
I don't know of anything that can be taken to mitigate the spike protein.
If there is suspicion of graphene oxide - sounds not - the quick test is to see if the puncture site is magnetic, then can take glutathione.
Part of the many things that are frightening about this is this.
When they were conducting animal studies, there were many instances that ALL of the animals died once they were exposed to what it was supposed to protect them from.
They ignore all precautionary steps one could take to minimize whatever is causing the trauma they CLAIM is Corona cold 19.
They censor world experts who warn they are lying and misusing and mislabeling results from the misuse of tests. But the more I dig down into this, I begin to suspect the whole virus germ theory is a scam.
If they haven't really proven the cold is contagious, I'm curious how they can know this is, especially when its never been isolated and they assume/insinuate the trauma debris (exosomes) they are isolating is from this ghost cause and not something else. Possibly because they are covering something they are doing knowing full well it is the cause of the trauma.
The push to get this into as many arms as they can. Offering money and all kinds of carrots, while setting the stage to use those who are injected against those who are not to coerce them.
I could keep going, but I really hope this is all for money. In my heart though I can't see how it is, as those pushing this create money from thin air. So I fear the worst for those who trust them, or feel coerced into cooperating with their baseless, often obvious lies.
Well … I will let you know if I develop any issues or problems over the next 50-100 years since I plan to live a very very long time.
I get the flu vaccine every year and have not had a flu in over 20 years... almost no colds either... but I take Vitamins ABCDE and saunas all through the winter. I also drink a lot of Scotch as well as kayak, ski, snowshoe every day.

mind you, my kid is also largely disease-free.
probably the almost total avoidance of synthetic foods - it's inevitable some MSG will be in food, but not when I cook, but a strict lack of 99% of anything sold in 7eleven and maybe 95% of crap in supermarkets. lol.
The one thing missing here is organic meat - unless its from our village, but that isnt so near to go shop there.
plus some strategic supplements :-) I take mainly amino acids and minerals and let the body figure out which ones it needs.

Choosing a vaccine is like voting for a president. You chose the lesser of two evils. In Korea people rush to get vaccines. Maybe because of the short supply.
