Instructions

  1. Roast the Hazelnuts

    • Once cooled, rub the hazelnuts with a clean kitchen towel to remove most of the skins (don’t worry if some remain).

    • Blend again until smooth and well-combined. Add more oil if needed to adjust the consistency.
  4. Taste and Adjust
