Today I will share with you a brief description of how I made my favorite dish, Pumpkin Vegetables. As I love to cook. So I tried to cook it myself. Now I will share with you what I cooked and how I cooked it. Today I cooked pumpkin curry. As pumpkins are rich in vitamins and calcium, I have cooked pumpkin vegetables today. I want to tell you what it took to cook.
Materials:
To cook this I first cut two onions. Then cut five-six garlic into small pieces. After that seven to eight green chillies are not cut. Cut two tomatoes. Since I will cook the pumpkin, cut the pumpkin into small pieces and put it in a pan. Then put the prawns in a bowl and prepare the necessary ingredients for cooking the curry. Such as salt, oil, turmeric powder, chili powder and Radhuni masala.
After that, I started cooking, first I took a pan, poured oil on top of the pan, then poured garlic, onion and pepper and boiled them. After boiling, I added other spices. After boiling all the spices for a while, pour the fish with water. After cooking the fish for a while, add pumpkin vegetables. Then it takes about half an hour to cook them. Add tomatoes at the end and after cooking for some time, our cooking is complete. This is how I have prepared my favorite food, pumpkin curry with fish. Since it contains a lot of nutrients and vitamins, I think that pumpkin should be eaten occasionally. I think that some vegetable should be eaten every day. Stay well stay healthy for today till now.
