Hello Everyone.
How are you?
It's been a long time since I've posted any cooking/recipe type post. And today, here I am back again with a special recipe to share with you all. It's one of my fresh dishes, CRISPY CHICKEN FRY.
I learned how to make this dish about a year ago. At first, I tried to learn it from youtube. But, in the end, the taste wasn't as expected. Then I asked one of my cousins who is also a chef. He taught me practically how to make this dish. And now I'm sharing this with you all. It will for sure give you the exact taste of restaurants.
Ingrediants
- Chicken(obviously).
- Salt.
- Pepper Powder.
- Milk.
- Egg.
- Soya Sauce.
- Ginger Paste.
- Garlic Paste.
- Cumin Powder.
- Flour.
Steps:
1
At first, after washing the chickens keep them in a bowl for 05-10 minutes and let the extra water get out.
Meanwhile, take 1/2 eggs and mix them until the white & yellow parts become one.
Here are all the ingredients that you'll need except flour.
Now, mix PEPER, SOYA SAUCE, SALT, GARLIC PASTE, GINGER PASTE, CUMIN POWDER, HOT SPICES, and the CHICKENS together. The part of mixing the milk and egg hasn't come yet. After mixing them let them be for at least 30min or 1hour. It'll be best if you keep them in a refrigerator. Meanwhile, there's other work's are still left to do.
Then mix some pepper and salt into the flour. It'll be best if you use a sieve while doing it. It makes the flour softer.
Now, mix the egg and the milk together.
Now, mix the chickens with the flour. First, cover them with flour and press hard so that the flour gets attached to the chickens.
After mixing the chicken and flour sink them well in the milk. Then take them out and do the same thing with the flour again. 2 times is enough but you can do it 3/4 times.
Now it's time to fry them. After mixing the flour don't just put them somewhere, put them in hot oil as soon as possible. I only kept them on a plate just to capture the picture.
It's important to make the oil hot before putting the chickens in it. But, keep the fire low and fry them for long. If you fry them with more heat and try to make it faster, it will fry the outside but the chickens will still remain un-cooked inside. Patience is needed while cooking. But if you see my fries, they may seem burnt or over-fried because of the red color. But, it's just fine. It was the soya sauce that gave it the red color.
*Crispy and crunchy outside.
Well cooked inside.
Yummy.
As I said that chicken fry is my favorite dish I loved this so much more. It tasted much better than what I eat in restaurants. I liked it so much. I also hope that you also liked my work and ask me anything in the comment section if you have any questions about this dish.
