I hope that you all are well by the grace of Almighty AALAH.
Today, I'm back among you guys to share another one of my cooking posts. Today I'm going to share the recipe for making a dish named "PAKURA".

This is a dish that costs less amount money to make but it's so much tasty. It's made using spinach and vegetables only. So it's also full of vitamins and good for health. This food is eaten locally as a snack, but some people also have it with rice. The good thing is I didn't have to buy anything from the market. The spinach was collected from my vegetable garden, which is small but has many types of vegetables. And the other spices and ingredients were already in the home. The more types of spinach you use the more will be the taste. I used those that grow at this time of the year and I have them in my vegetable garden. So, here below I present my dish and the steps of my work.

Spinach That I've Used.

The main secret to make this dish is to use fresh vegetables. I cut these spinach only 20 minute before cooking. Also we use no pesticides to grow these vegetables. That's how you'll get the 100% taste.

  • Punishak

  • Chopped potatoes

  • Chopped Green Chili, Onions and Garics.

  • The vegetables should be chopped into small pieces.

  • Yellow Pea-Flour

  • Cumin Powder.

  • Coriander powder

  • Tumeric Powder.

  • Pepper Powder

Mix them all.

Now Make a VOLCANO using an egg and pea flour.🤪

  • Baking Soda

  • Flour.

  • After Mixing Everything, Mix the potatoes.

Remember not to squeeze hard like before to mix them. Cause these chopped potatoes will be smashed this way and it'll ruin your dish.

  • Homemade Tomato Sauce.

Make small balls of them and put them into the hot oil. Remember to keep the fire low and give it time. Otherwise, they'll become burnt on the outside but the inside part will remain uncooked.

  • The Dish is now complete and ready to eat.

*I made some simple decorations with Tomato and Mint Leaves. These are the only things I had in my home to use.
