But when the abuser is a party contrary to their ideals or thoughts, laws are raised against these individuals, imprisoned pastors of Protestant churches on charges of child abuse.

Yes you're entirely correct - in fact, one of the key aims of this series is to display the depth of corruption. In previous chapters I have tracked them into Judaism, the heart of the Vatican, city of London, finance/banking, fascist militias, occultic orders, and now paedophile networks - as I'm not yet half way through the series - there are many more connections to come.
